So my mobo supports only a 2133mhz ddr4 rams but where I'm gonna buy the ram the 2400mhz is cheaper than the 2133mhz. I suppose the mobo will lock the ram's speed at 2133mhz. Am I right, is there anything I should know about before I buy the 2400mhz ram?

Nothing, it should work at 2133 Mhz.
Only use Rams with same frequency and size.

Yes that's possible, the motherboard will work at its maximum. In some mobos you can overclock that!
